Known for exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, Francis ensures that every production runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Francis joined Clapperboard Unscripted in 2023 having started his career as a freelancer working at various companies including Spun Gold, Lime Pictures, The Garden and Crackit Productions among many others. Francis works in production management across all unscripted production overseeing all aspects of production planning and execution, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with industry regulations.
Francis can be found admiring and pouring over a good spreadsheet and format bible. In 2024 Francis began to work across Clapperboard’s scripted slate to broaden his all-round experience as he is passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and continuously improving workflows to ensure that every production meets the highest standards.
